Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

If I sue a friend in small claims court for money they owe me, and say I win. If this person works part time, and gets paid every week, and their spouse works full time and gets paid every other week, but aren't well, how would I collect what is owed? They claim to be financially stressed. But can go.out to dinner regularly can get her hair done, buy gifts for people, etc. They do have a home and a car. What options do I have?

My advice would be fore you to retain counsel to assist you. An attorney can make sure you obtain the highest possible judgment and then assist you in collection. If they own their home, or collect regular wages, there are good options available for collection.
