I would be more than happy to assist you in this matter. You need an attorney who understands mental health care issues, and the intersection between mental health and the criminal justice system.

Depending on in what capacity the attorney is hired, and by whom, will greatly affect his legal counsel, and representation to your family and the court. You may find it beneficial to do an intervention with your ex, which may include an attorney and a mental health professional.

Thanks.

If he has an attorney why is that person doing everything necessary to put his client in the best position to defend the cases? I would be glad to consult with you for free to see if I can help.

I would agree, what is the current Attorney doing to defend the client. MH issues should be raised and the Attorney should be seeking MH professionals to evaluate the client and address these issue with the court-generally speaking if there are MH issues then the charges pending could be dismissed or a disposition worked out to include continuing treatment. Fell free to contact me anytime for further discussion.
