credit card debt judgement

I have to appear in court June 26 2009 on a warrant for my arrest for not appearing on June 4 2009 a summons I never received. Will I be put under arrest when I appear there tomorrow?

You really do not provide sufficient information to adequately answer your question. It depends on things such as the nature of the offense, your past history with the court etc. Personally, I would not go to court without a lawyer in any situation so I can't imagine going in unrepresented in your situation.
