Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

My daughter and her husband are coming home, she is pregnant. We want her to live in our home that is now rented out with 2 tenants. Tenants at will. They pay poorly the rent is not covering the mortgage. They have been there 3 years now. One tenant is my niece. Massachusetts side more for the tenants.

I'm not sure what your question is, but it is not particularly difficult to end a tenancy at will. If the tenants don't agree to leave voluntarily, you will have to provide them with proper written notice that you are ending the tenancy. (You should consult with a lawyer who practices landlord-tenant law, to make sure your notice is proper. In fact, I highly recommend that you use a lawyer for the entire process, because tripping over some of the legal requirements could present problems for you.) If the tenants refuse to leave, you will have to go to court to have them removed, but the process is not particularly difficult, and normally can be accomplished within 2 to 3 months.
