Harrasment

I am currently being harrased by my boyfriend ex-wife, phone calls, walks in my house, stops my minor daughter and tells her bad lies about my boyfriend,threats to kill, parks in front of my house to just agrravate me, swears and uses bad language in front of my two other young children. How can I stop her? I tried through the local court,but they told me I do not fall under there relationship guidlines.When I pressed contribution to the deliquency of a minor charge against her she went and got a temporary restraing order on my boyfriend.Please help/ this lady is unstable and I am afraid of what could happen next.

Re: Harrasment

You can seek a "regular" injunction from a court of equity. Superior Court, Probate Court, and in some instances District Court has jurisdiction to do this. This is more expensive and considered regular litigation. This is not the same as the abuse restraining order which you are probably familiar with.
