Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Your question: "Hi I'm in MA. I got a sitation in the mail stating that a police officer filed a complaint with the code 94C/34/E!!! I was not arrested but when I was honest enough to show them what meds I was taking I pulled out another ripped prescription bottle with a few of my pills in it. The conficated my pills and scolded me after giving me a drug sobriety evaluation and letting me go. Even though I passed it they had my friend drive instead and next thing you know I get this citation a few days later in the mail. I also called to get the report on me and they don't even have me on file to give me a report. Is this legal any of this legal or sound right?

Thank you.

Karen
