Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

Hi My name is Amber Scanlan. I was framed back in 2009 for "reckless endangerment", which was dismissed because the case had no evidence. The accuser dismissed the case against me in fear of being charged for defamation of character. I have no violence on my record. The case was dismissed on the court side. As far as the RMV goes, they are requiring me to take three drivers retraining classes and a doctor's letter stating I'm sane to drive, on top of a 500$ reinstatement fee. I am an Operations Manager at The Men's Wearhouse in Hyannis, MA and I love my job. Not having my license due to injustice has been eating me away. What steps do I need to take to dismiss this?

First of all, if you can delete this question to remove your name, and the name of your employer, I suggest you do so.

Your name may come up in google search results, and anyone reading this has enough information to track you down. Did you reach an agreement requiring you to take the classes? If not, you can perhaps fight the ticket - but given that your case occurred in 2009, the time to contest the ticket you received may have come and gone. Lots of unknowns here. I suggest - if you are really committed to this goal - that you hire a criminal law attorney.
