I was in a car accident in july 2014 and my b.a.c. came back over the limit, i was not charged w/dwi and have not heard anything since, can i still be charged ????

Yes. OUI is one of the criminal offenses otherwise exempted from the requirement that a citation issue at the time of the offense if there is an ongoing investigation.
