if you have a dui on your record in 1992. and then you get one this year would it be counted as second one at rmv

Yes it would count as a second offense. There is no longer a time period on how long to look back on these offenses.

Yes-it would count as a second offense as there is a life time "look back" period-it would also count as a second offense if you cwof it as a plea-best thing to do is to hire an attorney and fight it-my office has tried numerous DWI cases-774-745-0562.
