durable poa

if there are lawful coattorneys in fact on a durable poa would both signatures be required for the sale of the principal house?

Unless the DPOA provides that only one need act to sell real estate, then both would be required to sign.

If it is inconvenient, one Co-DPOA can authorize the other to sign. They key is to work this out well in advance of closing so the closing attorney and buyer's lender are satisfied.
