Can an attorney represent my husband and I in our bankruptcy case and then represent him in our divorce? Conflict of Interest of Not?

It would appear that the attorney has a conflict of interest and unless you agree to waive the conflict he cannot represent your husband in the divorce.

This is a conflict of interest. Your current attorney should file a motion to disqualify your old attorney. If you don't yet have your own attorney, you should retain one.
