Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

in my divorce agreement, my ex wife is entitled to a percentage of my share of my parents home at the time of there passing. they do not like her and want to remove me as a beneficiary so that she has no claim to there property. I am fine with that and told them to leave it to my sister who has been taking care of them for years. would she still have any legal claim if I'm left nothing?

Unless your parents signed anything that makes them obligated to leave you something, then if the choose to leave it to your sister there is not much she can do about it. She can claim that this is just a way for you to stiff her, but as long as you do not benefit from the house there is not much she can do about it.
