Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

After my first divorce i remained in the marital home. I remained the owner of the home and, as a part of my divorce, was ordered to buy out my ex wife within 2 years. I bought her out about two years later. I remarried prior to this buy out. Would this be considered marital property in my second marriage?

Marital property is very broad and includes everything both parties own individually and jointly. So yes, it will be marital property. Whether your wife will actually get any of it depends on a lot of other facts and circumstances (what you both own, incomes, etc)
