Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Hello my exhusband is taking me back to court for not following through with an agreement we made which was made a judgement. I do not have an attorney to help me represent my case and he does. He owes me $2000 in back alimony can I file something with the court to ask that he pay me that money so I can use it to get a lawyer to help me with my case?

You should at least do a consultation with an divorce attorney to get some direction. Some attorneys will do a one-time consultation for a fee, which will cost a lot less than hiring an attorney to enter on the case. But you'll at least get the information you need to represent yourself. But based just on what you posted, if he owes you back alimony, you may need to file a complaint for contempt against him.
