Ma Divorce Case LT Marriage 29 years. Wife's attorney withdrew 2 months before trial due to wife not being able to afford lawyers fee. Former lawyer filed a motion for husband to help with lawyers fee, however, that motion will be ruled on at trial. Can wife file a new motion for assistance with new lawyer retainer fee?
