Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I was ordered to pay Child Support soon after my divorce back in 2006. In early 2014 I was notified by my son (to whom I was paying support for) that he was not returning to college. Ending his college education was one of the stipulations for ending child support. My ex-wife and I thought it would be best to set a court date to make it official. We went and it was granted that Child Support would end. I made every payment right up to the date the court stated was the last day to pay child support. So here is my question. My son (whom I was paying support for) informed me that he is thinking of returning back to school this winter (It will be a year that he has been out of school). Can my ex-wife take me back to court to pay child support if he goes back to college? There was nothing in our last court agreement other than the reason for ending Child Support had been met.

It depends on what your agreement says, but generally, if he's going to school full-time and he's under 23 and dependent on her, yes. Especially if there's language to that effect in the agreement.
