Hello,

It is very difficult for me to tell you what proof you need since I do not have many details regarding your case. I can tell you that the judge will be looking to see whether it is in your child's best interests to have the father a part of your child's life.

I suggest you look into retaining an attorney to help you with your case. If you are interested in retaining an attorney and would like to schedule a free consultation poease contact me at (978) 276-0777 or at [email protected].

Thank you,
