Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

How do I terminate my ex-husband's parental rights? It won't be voluntary. I have a restraining orders against him for abusing myself and four kids, for several years. He's never paid a dime in support, is a drug addict, and has not once exercised his right to see the children as issued by the court - supervised visits only. The kids want nothing to do with him. I worry for their safety every day and long-term. Any help is very much appreciated.

You need to hire an attorney. File a Petition to terminate his rights and seek payment of back child support. If you can't afford an attorney contact Boston Legal Services.
