Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

My employer's attorney claims that she has filed Privilege wage determination for employment based GC. I want to verify this information? Is there is any way. Do lawyers get confirmation email or receipt when they file PWD from Department of labor?

Yes, both the attorney & employer should receive verification from USDOL when a wage determination is filed & also once it is issued. However, the labor certification application "belongs" to the employer-petitioner, so if the employer or attorney want to be difficult, then they could withhold that information from you.
