Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

I am in H1 and my wife in H4. My country is given TPS advantage. If she gets TPS EAD and work . will her H4 be violated . I will continue to maintain H1. And will their be any issues when their comes time of change of status . My employer is applying for my GC in 2 months time .
