Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Please anybody can help us (Urgent)

I have my niece who came here by student visa from CET USA then the school here not accept her to be a student . They said because of she doesn't have enough english knowledge to be a student here. So, They (The CET) want to send here back to her homecountry. What can we do? Another thing is when she 'd got here. She had a problem with the host family who she suppose to stay with they can't except her either Now,she stays with us. Anyone can help us, we don't want to send her home. I hope it's not take long time for helping. We don't have much time.

Since she is not maintaining her student status because she is not in school, it seems to me that her first priority is to acquire some other temporary status (such as Visitor) while you explore her options.
