Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Massachusetts

Cops

Can you be arrested for saying fuck loudly and disturbing the peace, and can u question the cop, also if you plead the 5th is that not cooperating with a cop. aslo is a cop aloud to question a minor if thier parent isn't around

you raise several questions. Disturbing the peace is a problem. Cooperation is not a requirement. As to questioning, it depends on the facts.
