Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
My Store manager was fired yesterday for switching hours on weekly payroll. He would move reg hour to Sunday to save on hours and budget example: if you worked 6hrs regular pay he would switch to Sunday but only 3hrs overtime to equal 6hrs regular time will I lose my job as well.

If you were part of the switching of hours, meaning you helped him do it you may lose your job. What the manager did is illegal and could have cost the company a lot of money.
