landlord selling the house, realtors harrassing tenants

The realtors are working for the landlord, so the landlord is harassing you. The realtor needs to provide you with adequate notice before entering the property, and you have the right to reasonably say no if it is not a good time. As with most things, if you are not reasonable, you will lose the right to complain about them being unreasonable. If this is a persistent problem, speak with a lawyer about your options.
