Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

Tenant v tenant

My neighbor has been waking me up every day at 6am

by putting her speaker against our common wall and

blasting her stereo. I've called the police on a number

of occasions. I have two incidents reports. My landlord

would love to evict her. but it seems almost impossible

to evict anyone in Mass.--as well it should be. but this

woman is ridiculous, and all attempts to reasonably

come to a solution have failed. i don't want to do

anything against my landlord. she's an old friend. can i

somehow help my landlord evict this woman? can i go

to housing crt. and get anything done that might help

evict? a harassment complaint? nuiance? can i get a

judge to issue some kind of cease and desist order?

Re: Tenant v tenant

Tape Record the noise, preferrably on a machine like a answering machine that time dates each entry or with your own radio in the background tuned to WBZ which frequently reports the time. Take that to an attorney who could bring a nuisance complaint for you. Good luck!
