Legal Question in Military Law in Massachusetts

Separtion discharge

Pending separation from Active National Guard for forging documents. This was my second offense. My first offense, I received a letter of reprimand and the letter stated it will remained in my local file for one year.It was never in my permanent record. This was two years ago. Can they use this letter against me? Can the give me a pattern of misconduct on my DD 214.

Re: Separtion discharge

You have the right to be represented, at no cost to you, by a JAG (Attorney) from the Trial Defense Service. Any separation documents they gave you must contain the contact information for the servicing Defense Counsel Offices. If you are Army, contact the 154th TDS unit.
