fall in whole food store

i fell on a peice of wet paper towel on way to bathroom at whole foods .the mgr.called next day and told me to go to have myself schecked as i didnt have ins at the time.it happened i had a sprained wrist and bruised .they were to pay the hospital bill i sent it to there ins.co and to no avail have they been paid now i am in collections

You need to make an appointmen to see a personal injury attorney immediately. If they take your case, they will not charge a fee unless and until they obtain a settlement or judgment and may be able to stop the collection proceeds.

You should call an attorney as soon as possible. In addition to recovering for your medical bill(s), they may be able to recover additional amounts for pain and suffering. Most attorneys will take a case like this on contingency (e.g. for 1/3 of amounts recovered).
