Can our property management company give us 60 days to get out of our apartment because they are changing ours to low income?

They took over about 2 years ago and through out all the section 8 tenants.

If you have a valid lease they have to honor the lease. If you qualify as being elderly or having children 6 or younger, you can get as much as 6 months time to find a new apartment.

Termination of your tenancy must occur in accordance with your written lease agreement or, if none, then according to the law relating to tenants at will. Assuming that you have no lease, and you pay your rent monthly, 60 days is probably more than sufficient. I also agree with Attorney Roth that an attorney can sometimes assist you in getting more time to move.
