Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I rent a cottage and when I moved in the cable was all the channels,now the landlord made it into "basic" cable does she have that right? Says in agreement cable included

Does the agreement say what cable is provided? In the absence of an agreement to provide "basic cable only" or something, I would suggest that you are entitled to the same level of service you bargained for at the beginning. This answer assumes you are under a lease, and not a month-to-month tenant at will.
