Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Im a unit owner of a condominium the property has been neglected and poorly maintained the septic overflowed and sewer water came in my apartment and destroyed as well damaged my unit. i spoke with the property manager whom I pay a fee of 311 per month and told her that I did not have home owners insurance she stated to me they will take of it. Now she has retracted her statement and the clean up crew whicg she assiged to my unit is billing me thousands of dollars. What can I do the state is MA

Go see a lawyer with a copy of the By-Laws and master deed. Generally, condo associations are not responsible for interior damages however if this was caused by the negligence of the association they should be responsible.
