Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts

what are my options if somebody wants to sue me for the car accident from 4 years ago, but I do not live in USA for the past 2 years.

You really should consider retaining counsel to assist you in managing the case, making appearances, and advising you as to options. Did you have insurance? Do you continue to have property here in Massachusetts?
