Beneficiary Rights

Do the beneficiaries of a Will, be they individuals or institutions, have a right to see the Will?

Anyone having possession of a will of a deceased person has 30 days to file the will in Probate Court in the county where the person died. That document, and any other documents filed, are public records and can be seen by anyone.
