Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
My father passed away in 2007 and I was named executor but the estate was closed by the court without being finished. There is a house that must be sold. Can I reopen the estate or is there a different way to handle it. I have one sister and we agree on finding the best way to sell the house.

Contact a probate attorney and have him prepare a deed deeding the property to you and your sister. Then list it for sale.
