Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

grandparents rights

I have recently left an abusive relationship. I have a baby and the babies father who I did NOT marry, his mother has threatened me to take me to court for grandparents rights. Also, do I have to give visitation to the father unsupervised if there is a restraining order only? We have NOT gone to probate on any issues at this time.

Re: grandparents rights

The Probate Court is the place that you can get a determination of visitation rights. Good Luck!
