Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Int he state of Massachusetts does the trust rule out the will, if you have both. Are the wishes in the will not given because of the trust.

I think my best advice is for you take those two documents to an attorney for a consultation. The will speaks only to property which is part of a person's probate estate, while the trust may only effectively deal with property that it owns. You first need to determine what property is governed by the will and what property is governed by the trust, then you will know which set of 'instructions' to follow.
