suing a deceased individual

How do i pursue a debt owed to me by an individual with real estate assets who has been deceased for over a year when no estate has been established

As a creditor, you have the right to probate the estate and then sue to collect your money. However, before you do this, you should check to make sure the real estate will be part of the probate estate.
