Re: International consumer collection

It is possible.

What is the amount owed?

When did you stop paying?

How did the debt originate?

Do you have legal residence in Mexico?

Are you planning to stay in Mexico? For how long?

Did anyone in US signed as a Collateral, Cosignee etc?

Re: International consumer collection

It depends on the legal document signed. Did you sign something? Were you in the USA when the document was signed? What is the amount due?

It is possible to collect a debt from a foreign country, however certain requirements should be met to do so, (see questions above)
