about two weeks ago my husband was kidnapped while we were in mexico and put in a rehabilatation clinic against own will ,but doesn't have any problems with drugs or alchol is there anyway i can bring him back.

Strong language for what sounds like a family matter. Get an attorney and file a police report. If he was indeed kidnapped, I assume this has already been done.

Yes you can file criminal charges vs the director or who ever is in charge or the rehabilation center. Your husband will be inmediatly released, if not contact my office and we will help you do it.
