Legal Question in Disability Law in Michigan

My boyrfriend has a PPO from an ex-girlfriend, yet she is the one who is harassing him through contacting his email friends and telling untrue stories. She also has set up a smear page on Facebook through another of his ex-girlfriends. I'm one of the people they have both contacted asking me to join their hate group. Question is - has the PPO been compromised and can my boyfriend overturn the order because of her activity?
