My daughter is second on a vehicle loan. I''m in bankruptcy. Is she going to be stuck with the loan repayment?

A co-signer on a vehicle loan will be equally liable for payment of the loan. If you file for bankruptcy, your daughter (if she is a co-signer) will be liable for the full amount unless you agree to pay back the loan 100%.
