Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

My ex wife and I owned a home together, with an equity loan both are names on both loans. She stills lives in the house. If I file bankruptcy what does that do to her and my children ?

There are not enough facts to answer this question. Who has title to the home? Is there any equity in the home? Are the mortgage payments being paid. Do they wish to continue to live there? This question requires a sit down with a qualified lawyer for an answer as there are to many variables.
