Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
We received a package via delivery service. Enclosed was my dad's business along with 6 other businesses in a lawsuit. This woman claims she fell on the walkway leading up to the Credit union where she was heading back in Jan.2009. The Credit Union was one of the businesses my dad cleaned at that time. My dad sold the business in May 2010 due to health issues and passed away in Dec. 2013. My question is , Can she sue my dead father?
