Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

when your neighbors turn you in to the county on a weekly basis, and the county wont tell you who did it. how can you file a harassment suit. the county continues to come to my home and point out little things they want me to do, to avoid being fined. example--10or 12 pop bottles piled in my side yard, or privacy fence is crooked.this takes place almost yearly just before winter ends. how can i do something about it. i own my home,pay taxes on the land, and have lived there 28 yrs.

If you are not complying with city ordinance, law, etc. They have every right to report their observations. I can assist you with gaining information in regard to where the complaints are coming from but, there is no cause of action to prevent the complainant from reporting your violation of the law.
