How long after a search warrent is served does the recipient have to supply all information needed by the police

A search warrant or a subpoena? A search warrant is executed on the spot. A subpoena is an order of the court to produce information. The subpoena should state how long you have to comply.

Perhaps Michigan law differs, but I think what I have said is true across the board.
