Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I went to juvenile when I was 14.

My mom still hasn't payed all the fees, I'm 18 now and she said I have a court hearing to put the charges in my name.

Is that able to happen?

I know little about criminal law and hardly anything about the law related to juvenile detention, but I tried to find an answer to your question. I found the answer to be difficult to find because the statutes are quite detailed and complex. You can be ordered to pay "fines, costs, restitution, assessments or payments" under MCL 712A.18m. What this might mean in your case I cannot say. I hope that this answer helps and that someone who knows more about the subject can point you in the right direction.
