Remember there is no court date for a lawsuit until you file an answer to their lawsuit in court. You must file a written response. Calling them up and talking to them is not filing an answer. Do not wait or you will be punished. A nursing home is prohibited from cannot require a third party guarantee of payment as a condition of admission or continued stay.
