You can tell the judge that you don't want to do the probation and would rather serve time in jail. Most judges will accommodate that request.

You could request the judge terminate the probation and sentence you to jail instead. However, you will probably lose your 7411 status which is really unwise because then you will have a conviction and lose your driver's license. I always caution people on these matters to think long term, not short term. You may not like probation but in the long run it will have great benefits. You may not realize the problems have a drug conviction can bring you later on in life such as problems with housing, jobs, federal aid ineligibility, etc. Don't do something for the here and now that you're going to come to regret later on in life. Keep in mind that there is no unringing the bell. If you give up your 7411, you can't come back later on and ask for it back. Just think long and hard before you make a decision.
