Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

4th minor in possesion of Alcohol

I am not currently on probation and at my pre trial for my 4th minor in possession of Alcohol, the Judge ordered me to do daily pbts until sentencing date and said she'll most likely put me back on probation. I recently failed a pbt by blowing .045. Ive had a long struggle with Alcoholism I've been seeking help. And the Judge knows of this. Am I facing jail time again?

Who is your judge? 4 MIPs is serious, I think. have you tried an in-house treatment facility?

Rochester isn't the best place to have repeated alcohol offenses. We might be able to keep you out of jail but it would be important to get us into your case QUICKLY if you want our help. We'd want to meet with you and your family soon. We have a great track record with these cases. You can read more about us at:

You're either going to jail or to a rehab 3/4 house - but probably jail. It won't kill you and might save your life. You'd get Boot Camp if the program was still funded.
