Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

If I went to my arraignment and the judge tells me I can only be around or smoke marijuana unless it's prescribed by a doctor, and I go get my medical marijuana card from a doctor; what will happen at pre-trial? Will it be okay? It's only my first offense and I didn't have the money until now to get my medical marijuana card and I have the money to pay my fine. I never got arrested, only a ticket but I had to go to court. I never got to talk to a prosecutor or lawyer and I really need help. I have a medical condition and can't do community service, hence why I got my medical card I just didn't have the money.

You give a bunch of good reasons why you need an attorney. Nobody has a crystal ball. Get a local lawyer who is familiar with your judge. If you can't afford one, get a court appointed attorney.

Everyone who can commit a crime can "do community service." There are a wide variety of options, many that do not include physical labor. The court will help you find something appropriate if such service is ordered.
