"How much time" on what ... the drunk driving, or the attempted home invasion? You don't tell us if it is OWI 1st, 2nd or 3rd offense (felony: the most serious level) ... if it is Attempted Home Invasion 1st Degree (felony: the most serious level) or 2nd Degree or 3rd Degree ... what his prior record is, etc. So, no one here can possible tell you "how much time" your boy friend is looking at. As for the warrant sitting out there, he should contact the count prosecutor where the warrant is to tell them "come pick me up on the warrant" so he can get arraigned in the other county ASAP and get a bond determination (or at least get his jail credit clock ticking).
